Hi, I’m Alex! I was born in Paramus, New Jersey, and my passion for health and fitness began in my early teens. I’ve been dedicated to working out, staying active, and maintaining a healthy diet since I was 16. To take my expertise to the next level, I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
